    "content": " Thank you Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to support the Motion. I thank the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations for bringing this Motion. Of course, it was not right for Hon. Mbui, who is in the leadership of the House, to get out of the topic or out of order. However, it shows how democratic this country is: that any person can rise and question anyone. That is a huge step forward for the country. Democracy has really grown."
