    "content": "There are advantages emanating from economic integration, for example on trade and recognition of academic qualifications. That is something we need to look into. We have addressed academic issues at the lower level, but we have not done that at the university level. I hope Prof. Magoha, assuming he will be approved by the House, will fix the mess in our universities. Qualifications of our graduates has always been questioned where people are said to buy academic qualifications. He should fix that so that we can have and export quality expertise that will make this country proud. That is very critical. Even if we export qualified academic professionals, they must go out there to be good ambassadors of the country and protect property acquired. That is something to consider in this Protocol."
