    "content": "They should provide fortified food for the elderly and children. Let us address people who are more vulnerable than others. The problem of food distribution in the country is that it is not done in a standard manner and in a way that can reach people who are affected. In 2001, food used to be provided and logistics like provision of fuel, and allowances for clerks met. Everything was done systematically.
