    "content": "A sum of Kshs2 billion is being given to the 10 counties to buy food. Is it enough? It is not enough. If you are only given five kilos of flour, it is only for one day, if a family has 10 children and the father and mother. Majority of the people in the North Eastern Region are Muslims. They are big families. So, even that food worth Kshs2 billion is not enough. We need to re-think on what we need to do to be food sufficient."
