    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while we were celebrating the great Constitution we have just produced, many speakers have mentioned that it was an embarrassing moment when people started heckling visiting Heads of States. That is unfair. We may have got differences or issues with personalities, but as a country, we must respect other leaders from our neighbouring countries. This is something we need to educate our youth and nation at large on, so that we do not have these kind of incidences again."
