    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Motion. I would like to join other hon. Members in congratulating Kenyans for enabling this country get a new Constitution. Indeed, it is a moment to cherish. I would like, at this juncture, to commend the way the Speaker of this National Assembly, the Deputy Speaker and all those who have chaired the different sittings of this House, have conducted the business of the House. I think you have shown us the way. We should be ashamed about people being shouted down. Had we followed you, we probably would not have faced these things."
