Both parties who were on the ground do not seem to agree on the same issue; is it asking too much for this House to request the hon. Minister to give us a date when he can go and visit the area and establish for himself whether the 20 kilometres he is talking of is actually a safe area for the firing of artillery, whether heavy or light?"
