The new theory that has developed in this line is that when you talk about land use planning, we are more or less concerned with rural land use planning, and land use planning for purposes of rehabilitating derelict parcels of land. Essentially, I completely agree with the Committee and the Leader of the Majority Party that anything related to this particular change of term should be rejected ​ in toto ​. We need to have a session with the Senate to explain to them some of these technical aspects. We can volunteer before they go for mediation to offer lessons as part of public service. I support the Committee. Thank you."
