"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, following that letter, I have a document from the General Manager, addressed to FOSA Manager, asking for those documents. The document is dated 14th January, 2010. The FOSA Manager then replies to the General Manager that they have been unable to get those documentations and further giving a plausible reason for being unable to get those documentations which are very critical. They say:- âKindly be advised that the cashiersâ specification forms files might have been taken by the police officers from the Criminal Investigations Department (CID), acting on a court search order sometimes in 2009. â"
