    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in responding to problems affecting children, my Ministry, in conjunction with the Provincial Administration, has created awareness to the public against the exploitation of children between the age of five to 17 years. The Employment Act provides for heavy penalties to those who exploit children. The Minister for Labour does not arrest. Ours is only to bring the issues forward and ask the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security to take up those cases."
