    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, at the first glance, the answer looks good but on close examination, it turns out to be deceptive and, in fact, comical. The Minister has talked of 2,000 chairs. We have said that there are no transit lounges. Where will those chairs be put? Will they be put on the corridors, which are already crowded? The only way out is to remove some of the Duty Free Shops to provide for departure lounges. Too many Duty Free Shops have been given to just one person, who is well known. Why should this one person have many shops which are selling the same things, including kiosks for tea? Or, is he holding them as a proxy?"
