    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the provisional results were originally slated to be released on 31st December, 2009. However, because there were just basic aggregates, the view of the Government was that comprehensive results be processed and released as soon as possible to support the ongoing reforms. I am, therefore, happy to report that the comprehensive results were released earlier today. The speed and accuracy with which the data were processed is another first for Kenya, making us the first country in this region with our size of population to complete the process and tabulation of comprehensive results within 12 months. The results present a basic census results for general audience and we have released four volumes as follows:-"
