What I have realised is that we only look at big agricultural and irrigational inputs but we have not resourced small-scale farming; both in terms of pastoralists and crop farmers. Perhaps, we should demand to see the breakdown of resourcing of small-scale crop farmers and pastoralists as part of the food security agenda."
