    "content": "Another important function of the committees will be to control how the money will be used because we have many funds in the counties. For example, governors are given funds for development and we also have the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF). The idea is to control funds by coming up with projects that communities will agree on such projects communities that shall relate to in terms of money that will come from the royalties. Therefore, it will be upon them to decide what they want to use the money for. For example, they could decide to build a school or a road or whatever they need. They are the ones who will make the decision."
