    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, as the Senate, we are mandated to support this Bill because it is not a money Bill. At the end of the day, locals and the county governments come in. Our business as the Senate is to support counties and protect their interests. If there are natural resources in counties – as a Senate – we need to move with speed and ensure that we support the benefits that come from that particular county."
