    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Clearly, the figures released this afternoon were quite depressing. I would like to know from the Minister the period he gave in terms of the repeat of this exercise. He said in the next one month. We would like to request him to make sure that this exercise is done at a time when it is comfortable for those people in the northern part of Kenya, particularly the pastoralists. The best time to do this is during the rainy season; that is the only time when you can capture the highest number of citizens who are ready to participate in the exercise. Even constituencies like Wajir South and the projections given, could he then consider---"
