    "content": "Clause 14 is on the national resources royalties that shall be vested in the Commission. I have already talked about the role of the Commission and how these resources, once they have already been put there, who is going to audit them at the end to determine how much went to so and so, and everything else? Otherwise, I support this Bill in its entirety, because it will add value to how the communities will participate in the revenue sharing. First of all, they will participate in the raising of the revenue through their own natural resources within that community. Secondly, they will also share in the use of that revenue for the improvement of the facilities within that community. Consequently, they will be able to make their living standards much better than before. With those few remarks, Madam Temporary Speaker, I beg to support this Bill."
