    "content": "For a long time, various types of resources have been exploited but then nobody has brought it to the fore, to know where these natural resources or mineral are. With this Bill, we shall know the type of mineral resources that are being exploited in Kenya, where they are located, what type of natural resources these are because they may be water, sunlight or murram like in my county. The Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) will be able to put in place a standard policy that in this case will speak to issues of exploitation as well as sharing of this revenue."
