    "content": "The law is what the court declared it to be. We do not want to bore other Members with legal matters. However, if the Supreme Court declared something to be what it is, then that it is the law as far as there is dispute in terms of what it is supposed to be. Therefore, I beseech my learned friend, Sen. Kang’ata to respect the mandate of the Supreme Court or any other court to declare the law as what has been declared by the court."
