    "content": "If you look at the budget, again, this is total robbing of Kenyans. Kenyans are dying right now as much as we are refusing to admit it, and yet we are seeing people being given money to build palatial homes. Who said that this money is for palatial homes? This will encourage governors and county executives to fight for longer terms in office in order to continue staying in these houses. If you allow somebody to build a house, who says that they will be willing to leave that house? We need to look at where the money is going. The money should go directly to Kenyan citizens to assist them and not make them have doubts regarding the county governments."
