    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, allow me to thank the Members who have contributed and supported this Motion. This is a very important Report. As the Members have said, once we have the resolution of the House, we can forward it to the various oversight institutions so as to bring this matter to their attention for us to make sure that there is some sanity in the counties in as far as the building of the infrastructure is concerned. I thank every Member who has contributed to this Motion. With those few remarks, I beg to move. Pursuant to Standing Order No. 61(3), I request that the putting of the question be deferred to a later date."
