(ii) If yes, what are the terms of the lease and what were the circumstances surrounding the termination of the said lease by the Kisii University in October 2016? (iii) What measures is the Ministry undertaking to resolve this dispute between Kisii University and Siokwei Tarita Limited? Thank you."
