    "content": "Very well, the Question to be responded to before the Departmental on Transport, Public Works and Housing. There are no requests for Statements. Hon. Members, I wish to draw your attention to the existence of a Supplementary Order Paper. I hope every Member is in possession of a Supplementary Order Paper, which was not uploaded to your iPads. It was prepared late. Those of you who are using your iPads may not see this particular Paper because it was not uploaded. The one on the iPad is the original Order Paper. There was a necessity to have a Supplementary Order Paper to incorporate a Report of one of the committees with regard to the Irrigation Bill (National Assembly Bill No.46 of 2017). So, we will proceed on the basis of the Supplementary Order Paper."
