    "content": "note that this Bill was passed by this House in May last year. From that time, it is now in March that we are getting it from the Senate. It has taken almost a year and I think the trend is worrying. We work very hard in this House, pass Bills to go to the Senate where they start a process of proposing amendments, some of which are not in line with the spirit of the particular Bill."
