Could he explain to this House the level of technical co-operation that is extended to Southern Sudan by our Government in allowing learners in that region to sit for our national examinations, namely, the Kenya Certificate of Primary Examinations (KCPE) and the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examinations (KCSE)?"
