Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the Senate amendments to Clause 28 be amended— (a) in paragraph (b), by deleting the words “Land Use” and substituting therefor the word “Physical”; (b) by deleting paragraph (d); (c) by deleting paragraph (e); (d) by deleting paragraph (f); The purpose of this amendment is that the Senate amendments delete the provisions through which an aggrieved person can appeal against a decision made at the inter-county physical planning joint committee. This would result in a vacuum as far as redress mechanisms are concerned. So, we would like people to have an opportunity to seek redress. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady."
