    "content": " Thank you. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. Although this matter has been brought up severally, I think the Chair and the Hon. Leader of the Majority Party should ensure that this matter does not rest here. We need to convey our displeasure to the Speaker who will forward the same to the Speaker of the Senate because we are spending a lot of money hiring staff who are supposed to be professional. Surely, if the legal officers in the Senate do not know the meaning of “physical planning” and “land use” which is a master’s course at the university, it is very sad. We have heard our colleague, Hon. Florence saying they are facing the same challenge in the Departmental Committee of Agriculture and Livestock. It should not end here but should be conveyed to the Speaker."
