    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to seek the following clarification from the Minister. He knows that I sit in the Pan-African Parliament (PAP) in the Committee of International Relations. Therefore, I would like him to clarify that an AU decision, especially this that came in regard to President Al-Bashir was not a decision that was agreed upon by all nations but it was a decision that all nations were told to uphold. It is important that people know whether there were some who dissented to the decision that was made at the AU. I would also like him to clarify to us, in terms of the situation of Southern Sudan, our country is at the forefront. As the Minister said, Kenya is the custodian of the peace accord."
