I do not know whether he understands how heavy that statement is, including the issue of the demarcation of borders. Could he clarify again on the Floor of this House that the issues including having a referendum for the people of Southern Sudan in January and the demarcation was agreed upon by the President and if that would be ratified by the AU?"
