    "content": " The Senate made sense on this one. They have taken us through a rough road. I support this one on the bit we are changing “Land Use” back to “Physical Planning”. On this one, they have given the guidelines, anybody conducting physical planning regulations shall have to adhere to the given principles and norms of physical planning. The guidelines or the checklist are very important in guiding us as a country in physical planning."
