Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Senate amendments to the Second Schedule be amended by− (a) deleting paragraph (a); (b) deleting sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (b); (c) deleting paragraph (c); Inclusion of human rights and poverty eradication and gender in a situational analysis of a physical development plan is ambiguous since human rights issues have no correlation with physical planning. I would like to say that we were shocked by this amendment and how the Senate decided to bring it into the physical planning matters because there is no correlation between the two. Thank you, Hon.
