I am a founder of a very strong NGO that is repeatedly respected in the world and has got awards all over. But I want to agree with the Chair 100 per cent. When matters of physical planning come on board, you cannot bring petty issues of human rights, gender and poverty reduction. Honestly, if you are thinking in your right senses, you cannot bring something like that to physical planning. Where does physical planning fall in issues of human rights, gender and poverty reduction? I agree completely with climate change. Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman."
