    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I want to support the Chair on this. I think there is an attempt by the Senate to give some powers or roles to the CoG. This is because some of these functions are purely for the national Government and this will bring complications and unnecessary bureaucracies. We want the CS to have more powers to make decisions that will move our irrigation schemes forward."
