Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Senate amendments to the schedule to the Bill be deleted and substituted therefor with the following new amendment— THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended in paragraph 3 by deleting subparagraph (5) and substituting the following new subparagraph — (5) The chairperson shall preside over all meetings of the Board in which he or she is present, but in his or her absence, the vice chairperson shall preside and in the absence of the vice chairperson, the members present shall elect one of their members who shall, with respect to that meeting and the business transacted, have all the powers of the chairperson."
