"content": "With respect to the Motion for Adjournment, I also wish to exercise the prerogative I have to defer the Motion for Adjournment as appears on the Order Paper to take place not later than 6.00 p.m. because further consultations are necessary and the HBC needs to redraw its programme on when this business should appear on the Order Paper. So, be guided accordingly. THAT this House do now adjourn until Tuesday 21st September, 2010 at 2.30 p.m."
