"content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me this chance to contribute to this important Motion on remuneration of village elders. I have not had a chance to speak in this House for a while. We are so many and every time I request to speak, I never get a chance. So, I thank you for giving me this chance. My people in Sabatia may think that I am not a good speaker. I want them to know that we are so many and we do not always get a chance to speak every time we request.
