They can be given some form of uniform so that they can be easily identified. We do not even have to set a system of how they are recruited. They are recruited by the families concerned. They are the ones who decide that so and so will be a village elder. They listen to him or her. Let us pass this Motion and make sure that funds for village elders are included in the next Budget which will be read to us next month. With those few remarks, I support the Motion."
