    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. At the outset, I support this Motion. This Motion was in the 10th Parliament, 11th Parliament and now 12th Parliament. As we move on, is it in order for Parliament to be legislating in vain? This matter is at the implementation level. If at all the Motion was not implemented, it is the time to come up with a Bill. It will be nice for Hon. George to move ahead and look at the Chiefs’ Act. If he can come up with a Bill, it will add value.
