It has its considerations for listing it down. The direction you are taking on this particular matter that we are discussing would be better served, if the proponents were to come up with a Bill, so that it can have authority of an Act of Parliament. You are capable of sitting down with Hon. Murugara who is a senior advocate of the High Court and knows these things, to come up with a way forward that will be more useful to all of us."
