    "content": "It is important that they are recognised as people playing a very important role in the society. That recognition is very important. They also need some identification. Who are the village elders? How do we recognise them? We need to identify them to work with them. Normally, they are people who are just simply doing voluntary work and are so committed to their work. They are also elderly in a way. They are not young people. So, their health is critical. We need to pay them properly. We need to look after them. They need to be identified and cared for just like any other person. I recognise them and believe most of us here support them and we will do everything possible to get paid."
