Speaker, I rise to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Labour and Social Protection the following Question: (i) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware that data for older persons registered under the Older Persons Cash Transfer Programme in Igwamiti Location, Laikipia West Constituency in November 2018 is yet to be captured by the system and therefore these persons are unable to enroll and benefit from the programme? (ii) If yes, what action is the Ministry taking to ensure that older persons in the area who have not been enrolled into the programme are duly registered and paid accordingly, including arrears since November 2018?"
