    "content": "The same Constitution you are referring to also gives you a very good example in Article 116 when you are making laws. I am sure Hon. Millie Odhiambo knows that you should not pass laws which will have financial implications to benefit you. That is a very good example. As a House, you are prohibited from doing it. If you pass a law about salaries and benefits here in the House, it cannot benefit you. It will have to benefit other future Parliaments. That is a very good example from which we can borrow. Hon.
