Sossion was supposed to have done then is to declare that he was going to the Committee not as Member of the Committee, but going to present on behalf of KNUT because he is the Secretary-General. He should have distinguished that and became a witness. I do not see any problem with that because he is the Secretary-General, he is the spokesperson.
