    "content": "In the same way, therefore, as you rule my own suggestion is that if somebody has an interest, you declare that person a witness whether negative or positive. Later, they can appear and state why they have serious negative interest on the matter. Maybe, it might help the Committee to deliberate. If you go that way, that Hon. Member in that Committee should not participate in further deliberations until a ruling is made. They can become a Member of Parliament representing interests whether negative or positive but not to use the Committee to advance his own personal interest, pecuniary or political."
