    "content": "In paragraph (c), the National Assembly exercises oversight over national revenue and its expenditure. Standing Order 205(2) of the National Assembly is very clear in as far as the mandate of the PAC is concerned. That Standing Order provides that PAC shall be responsible for the examination of the accounts showing the appropriations of the sum voted by the House to meet public expenditure and of such other accounts laid before the House as the committee may think fit.
