    "content": "More importantly, the first supplier who failed to deliver 1.7 million seals went ahead to deliver these seals this time round after the elections and the IEBC went ahead and received them. As we speak, the 1.7 million seals that were delivered after the elections are lying somewhere in a warehouse of the IEBC in Nairobi. They have no idea what to do with them or how to treat those security seals. They are telling us that even though they have received them, they have not acknowledged - some very peculiar terminologies - and that they have not paid for them. What will happen eventually is that this supplier will go to court and ensure that he is paid this money plus interest and it will happen. That is just one demonstration of wastage of public funds. I would like to rush and conclude."
