    "content": "There is also an issue of blacklisting. They talked of one company to be blacklisted and another one called OT Morpho. I have always wondered. I see some road projects in my constituency and the same people have been doing projects all over. They do not do them to completion. We should blacklist these companies. There is one issue in the country that we have ignored which is a fact that corruption is even bigger in the private sector. We seem to make an assumption that corruption is only in the public sector. It is like a tango. Those who give and those who take must take equal responsibility. These companies must be blacklisted."
