    "content": "Secretariat to go ahead to sign contracts without performance guarantee. What a shame in this era and time. We must get things right as Kenyans. I support the Report and we will ensure that the Committee on Implementation follows it up. Making this Report a priority will benefit a lot to Kenyans than anything else because 2022 is coming. We do not want to see a shameful election again conducted in fear because results will not be favorable to Kenyans. God bless Kenya and PAC."
