This again is in tandem with the amendment we did when we were doing Regulation No.3 to the Public Finance Management Act, where we created Sports, Arts and Social Development Fund, Regulations 2018, where an amount not exceeding 35 per cent will be set aside for the promotion and development of sports. The other aspect will be used for the promotion and development of the universal healthcare under the Big Four Agenda of the President. The Cabinet Secretary for Finance has the powers under the regulations to vary based on the need of those sectors. I beg to support."
