My concern is that I am privy to some of the proposed amendments and it appears that some of the activities done were in direct contravention of the Companies Act. This is something that the House must be informed of, so that as we debate the whole Report, we are informed and we make a decision based on complete information. So, I would urge that if the amendments are not ready, would it be in order to request that this matter be put aside, so that the amendments are included and we can debate from a point of information."
